Creating Resilient Warriors through Transcendental Meditation

The Transcendental Meditation technique is a simple and easily implementable approach for holistically developing resilience and well-being—as documented by hundreds of peer-reviewed studies and tens of millions of dollars in funding from the National Institutes of Health. Key findings include:
